Let Us Introduce Ourselves!

Tom Madsen LLC was established in 1977 by Tom Madsen.  Originally, the company served primarily as a window and siding contractor. Then, to better serve our customers, Tom Madsen LLC  became a general contractor in 1982 so that we could help with quality control and design input on the additions and renovations we had been engaged in.  Today, Tom Madsen LLC is a very successful construction contracting and consulting company that continues to rejuvenate Sussex County!

Tom is a member of the Board of Directors of Sussex Rural Electric Cooperative, a member of the Board of Directors of the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association, based in Arlington, Va. representing New Jersey, a member of The Board of Trustees of The Sussex County Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Sussex County Juvenile Conference Committee, and a member of the Sussex Kiwanis Club. 

He is a construction consultant for Jorgenson Associates, a Sparta, NJ engineering firm involved in structural consulting and forensic studies for the legal profession.

Tom served as an expert witness for the law firm of Rand, Algier, Tosti & Woodruff in a construction deficiency case.

Most of  all, Tom’s work ethic meets high standards as does the quality of the products he uses.
