When problems arose you did your utmost, outstanding best to resolve them, but more importantly they were resolved to our satisfaction. Your always kept us informed and when you said you or your crew were to be here — they were. Your expertise, knowledge and suggestions were exceptional and very much appreciated. The crew you having working for you are hardworking, polite and very tidy. They took their work seriously and their workmanship was of high quality. You Couldn’t Find a Better Contractor
The workers from Tom Madsen LLC were very professional. They did everything that they said they were going to do, and they even did a couple extra things I didn’t even ask them to do. It was a complete renovation that included residing and a new foundation. Every aspect of the project went extremely smoothly. Not only were we thrilled to move back into our home at the time it was done, but it still remains exactly what we asked for.
